Former Engineer Craig Pinhey has been writing about beer for two decades, starting with his first gig for the Great Lakes Brewing News in Southern Ontario. He had his booze epiphany well before that, though, with a pint of cask conditioned real ale in 1985 at the original Ginger’s Tavern in Halifax.
